1. Definitions
- “Account” refers to the customer account created with Juglan Telecom Inc., which includes your login credentials, billing information, and Service plan details.
- “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the person or entity who registers for, purchases, or uses our Services.
- “Equipment” means any hardware or devices (e.g., routers, modems, set-top boxes, VoIP handsets) provided by us or required to access the Services.
- “Service Agreement” means any order form, addendum, or contract you sign in order to subscribe to specific Services.
- “Service Term” means the duration specified in your Service Agreement or billing plan.
2. Acceptance of Terms
- By placing an order for Services or by using any part of our network, you accept and agree to these Terms (as may be updated from time to time).
- These Terms, together with your Service Agreement and any additional policies (e.g., Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy), form the entire agreement between you and Juglan Telecom Inc.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Services & Equipment
- Service Activation
- After you place an order, we will schedule installation or provisioning of your Services and Equipment.
- Service installation dates are estimates and may change due to technician availability or unforeseen issues. We will notify you of any scheduling changes.
- Equipment
- Equipment provided by Juglan Telecom Inc. remains our property unless you purchase it outright.
- You agree to return any rented or leased Equipment in good working order if Services are terminated, subject to normal wear and tear.
- If you fail to return Equipment within thirty (30) days of termination, you will be charged the replacement cost.
- Service Limitations
- Internet speeds, bandwidth, and coverage areas may vary. Advertised speeds are “up to” speeds and are not guaranteed.
- Certain features (e.g., VoIP E911) may not work during power failures or if your account is delinquent.
5. Billing & Payment
- Billing Cycle
- You will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (as specified in your Service Agreement). Your first bill may include pro-rated charges based on your activation date.
- Recurring charges will appear on your credit card, debit card, or bank account on the billing date.
- Payment Methods
- We accept credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfers (EFT/ACH), and other payment methods we may specify.
- You must keep up-to-date payment information on file. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate Services.
- Late Payments & Fees
- If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may apply (as specified in your plan).
- Continued non-payment may result in collection efforts, additional fees, and credit reporting.
- Taxes & Regulatory Charges
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, regulatory surcharges, and government fees. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or surcharges imposed by federal, state, or local authorities.
6. Term & Termination
- Term Length
- Your Service Agreement will specify the initial term (e.g., month-to-month, one year).
- Unless otherwise stated, Services renew automatically at the end of each term.
- Early Termination
- If you terminate your Service before the end of the initial term, an early termination fee may apply (as specified in your Service Agreement).
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
- Suspension or Termination by Company
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Services, with or without notice, if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or other policies.
- Fail to pay bills or fees when due.
- Misuse or damage Equipment.
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Pose a threat to network integrity or security.
- Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
- Your right to access and use our network ceases.
- Equipment must be returned within 30 days to avoid replacement charges.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Use of Services
- You agree to use Services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as Juglan Telecom Inc.’s Acceptable Use Policy (published on our website).
- You are responsible for all activity originating from your account, including unauthorized use due to your negligence.
- Equipment Care
- You must use Equipment according to our instructions and protect it from damage, theft, or misuse.
- Do not alter, tamper with, or attempt to repair Juglan Telecom Inc. Equipment yourself.
- Location & Emergency Services
- For VoIP services, you must register a valid physical address for emergency (E911) purposes. In the event of an emergency, calls to 911 will use the registered address.
- You must update your emergency address whenever you change locations.
8. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Your use of Juglan Telecom Inc.’s network is subject to our AUP. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Transmission of illegal content (e.g., child pornography, copyrighted material without authorization).
- Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
- Excessive bandwidth consumption that adversely affects other customers.
- Operating servers or peer-to-peer networks in violation of specific plan restrictions.
- Any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or intended to harass or defraud others.
Violation of the AUP may result in suspension or termination of Services.
9. Intellectual Property
- Company Content
- All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by Juglan Telecom Inc. (including website content, marketing materials, and software) are owned by or licensed to Juglan Telecom Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.
- Customer Content
- You retain ownership of all data, files, and content you upload to our network. However, by using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and transmit that content solely to provide the Services.
10. Privacy & Data Security
- Privacy Policy
- Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
- Network Security
- While we employ industry-standard security measures (firewalls, encryption, monitoring), no network is 100% secure. You agree not to hold us liable for unauthorized access to your data or breaches beyond our reasonable control.
- You are responsible for securing your personal devices, Wi-Fi networks, and any data stored on your end.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
- “As-Is” Services
- Juglan Telecom Inc. provides Services “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
- We do not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific performance metrics, except as expressly stated in a separate Service Level Agreement for business customers.
- No Liability for Third-Party Content
- We are not responsible for content, websites, or services provided by third parties that you access using our network.
- No Guarantees on Speed
- Advertised internet speeds are “up to” speeds and depend on factors beyond our control (e.g., network congestion, home wiring, device capabilities).
12. Limitation of Liability
- Direct Damages
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juglan Telecom Inc.’s total liability for direct damages arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Services will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
- Exclusion of Consequential Damages
- In no event will Juglan Telecom Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, business interruption, or goodwill), even if we have been advised of their possibility.
- Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, labor disputes, governmental orders, or failures of telecommunications or power systems.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juglan Telecom Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
- Your infringement of any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.
14. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top.
- If changes are material (e.g., affect pricing, scope of Services, or limit your rights), we will provide advance notice (e.g., via email or website announcement) at least 30 days before the new Terms become effective.
- Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law
- These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict of laws principles).
- Arbitration
- Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
- You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your account activation by sending written notice to our legal department.
- Small Claims & Injunctive Relief
- Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of proprietary or confidential information.
- Both parties retain the right to bring individual claims in small claims court for disputes below the jurisdictional limits.
16. Severability & Waiver
- Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver
- Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision.

- To You
- We may send notices by email to the address you provided, by postal mail to your billing address, or by posting a notice on our website. Notice is effective when sent or posted.
